The property will be made exclusively available to the renter for a full period of 30 days and no one else may occupy the property during that period. **All homes come with a starter set of paper supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and trash bags. It is the guests responsibility to supply themselves for the rest of their stay should you run out.

Great condo in an even greater location.<br/>Just a few steps to the beach is hard to beat 😃
Had an incredible stay in Kailua- it felt so special to have direct access to the beach and made our stay so easy and stress free. Feels much more like a local neighborhood than other areas on the island. Walking distance to various markets and restaurants. The house itself was decently sized and had everything we needed between the kitchenette, beach towels/chairs, sunscreen, etc. Highly recommend!
The location was fantastic! Quiet neighborhood and very short walk to a beautiful, sandy beach and a local market. It was a<br/>5 minute drive or 20 minute walk to an area with grocery stores, restaurants. <br/>The combined bedroom/living room was furnished nicely, albeit on the dark side during the day without turning on lights. <br/>The bathroom was spacious with a nice shower. <br/>The kitchen was on the small/crowded side. There is no oven or stovetop, but there were various appliances that met our needs including a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, hot water maker, and a hot-plate (which we didn’t use). There were adequate plates and cups for the two of us. The sharp knives have seen better days and we recommend that the host replace them.<br/>The pool is private and refreshing.<br/>For the beach, there were some nice chairs. There was also an old,<br/>broken umbrella. It would be nice if host replaced it, but to be fair this beach stuff was not promised in the description.
